ACME Laboratories Limited is a leading company that manufactures world-class and top-quality pharmaceutical products in Bangladesh. BSEC Bangladesh Securities Exchange Commission approved ACME Laboratories Limited IPO on last 23 February 2016. This approval came came from their 567 nos Board Meeting. The meeting was presided by BSEC Chairman Prof. M Khairul Hossain. The Commission approved the ACME Laboratories Ltd IPO under the latest public issue rules. Under this approval, ACME Laboratories Ltd will raise Tk. 409.60 crore by offloading 5 crore shares. The price of each share is Tk. 77 to Tk. 85.20. The issue manager of ACME Laboratories Ltd IPO is ICB Capital Management. Prime Capital Management is the registrar to the issue.

ACME Laboratories Ltd IPO Lottery draw will be held on 15 May 2016 at IEB Millanyton, Ramna, Dhaka at 10:00 A.M.

ACME Laboratories Ltd will offload 5.0 crore ordinary shares. The ordinary shares will cost Tk. 10 each. Out of total ordinary shares, institutional investors will get 2.50 crore shares and 50 lac shares is fixed for mutual funds as per the bidding of EIIs. The cut-off price of ACME shares are Tk. 85.20 each. As per newly enacted public issue rules, ACME will offer IPO shares to individual investors at 10 percent discount of cut-off price.
